The Alaska Public Charter School Association (APCSA) is dedicated to strengthening and advocating for charter schools across Alaska.
We are a registered non-profit corporation that is currently expanding to provide resources for charter supporters.

Our mission is to expand, sustain and strengthen high-quality public charter schools across Alaska by empowering and educating families, charter school staff and community to access excellent education for every student.

Akara Anglin
Founding Member
Akara is a charter school parent, former APC Performance chair, and current public school educator.
Glen Biegel
Founding Member
Glen, a charter school dad, helped author Alaska's charter law and currently works in cyber security.
Patricia Farren
Founding Member
Patricia is the principal of American Charter Academy in Mat-Su district.
